In order to make our financial staff have a deeper understanding of financial work and serve internal customers and external customers with more professional knowledge and mentality, we had a one-day training meeting in the conference room of Dongyang headquarters center on June 5, 2023.

The training was mainly divided into two parts: financial knowledge lecture and mindset training. In the morning, Mr. Lu gave a training on financial expertise and made relevant answers to the questions raised by the finance, through which everyone learned how to deal with problems faster and more comprehensively at work.

In the afternoon training, firstly, Wu Dingding, the personnel manager of the company, explained the issues and precautions related to personnel work, and then explained the issues related to administrative work. Next, Mr. Lu, the chief financial officer, gave guidance on the future work of everyone. Vice General Manager Mr. Ma gave a training on mindset through relevant cases and made everyone realize the importance of mindset. General Manager Ma explained the future planning and development direction of the company. It gave everyone a clearer goal to strive for. During the training, everyone was seriously engaged in learning, actively communicating and answering questions.

At 5:30 p.m., the one-day financial training came to a successful end, leaving everyone with not only financial-related knowledge, but also the key to open the road to future success, and we will also write a bright future together through our own efforts and all colleagues of Dongyang Morning Eagle Line Industry Co.,Ltd .
