Metallic yarn Production process

Metallic yarn, as one popular and best-selling yarn, is very popular among people. Metallic yarn mainly can be sewed, embroidered, ribbon. So it give the fabric a luxurious and elegant style ,and the production process is more complicated than ordinary thread.

The production process of metallic yarn is as below:

Step 1: Coating: A process in which a dye is mixed with a resin and solvent and coated on the surface of an electroplated film.

Step 2: Cutting: According to the specification of metallic yarn required for slicing, cut the raw materials into small rolls of different widths accordingly.

Step 3: slitting: Cut the raw material into several pieces of finished or semi-finished metallic yarn.

Step 4: Filament yarn bobbin winding: coil the yarn from the original paper tube on the electric wood tube suitable for twisting.

Step 5: Twisting: twist M type filigree and semi-finished yarn together to form MH and MX ,AK,SD,SX types yarn.

Step 6: Embroidery thread: combine M type metallic yarn and single rayon or polyester yarn into MS type.

Step 7:Vacuum setting: put MH , MX,AK,SD,SX and MS type metallic yarn into steam yarn basket and send it to steam yarn boiler for high temperature setting to make it no longer spin.

Step 8: Cone rewinding : Pour the twisted yarn from the aluminum tube onto the cone.

Products are made of polyester film and processed into soft and gorgeous gold and silver yarn ((Metallic Yarn) by vacuum aluminium, coating and coloring, covering four series including M type, MH type, MX type and MS type ,(computer embroidery thread). Rich color: colorful (rainbow), laser, light gold, deep gold, green gold, silver, gray silver, red, green, blue, purple, snow, black and so on. Products are widely used in weaving trademarks, yarn, knitted fabric, warp knitted fabric, woven fabric, embroidery, hosiery, accessories, handicrafts, fashion, decorative cloth, tie, gift packaging and so on.
